From 3,238 metres (10,623 feet) above sea level, the summit of Titlis Mountain of the Uri Alps gives way to vastly incredible mountainous views where scenic photographers trek to capture picture perfect panoramas. This is the highest summit of the range north of the Susten Pass, between the Bernese Oberland and Central Switzerland.
Titlis Mountain is home to a ski resort, accessed from Engelberg, Obwalden – attracting visitors from around the world to both ski and snowboard, plus enjoy the amazing natural scenery, from glaciers to snowcapped mountaintops.
Advanced skiers often enjoy runs down the high altitude glacier on Titlis, which leads down to the Trübsee and the Laubersgrat ridge.
