The Hills of Glynneath, Wales, United Kingdom - Earth View

As part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the hills of Glynneath in South Wales emits a mesmerizing aerial view display with roadways twisting and turning along a slope that overlooks the West Glamorgan county town in the principal area of Neath Port Talbot.

Historically, Glynneath is survived by the industrialization of coal mining that began in 1793. Today, clean energy is being produced by a multitude of wind farms that stake homes in and around this area, including on the hill pictured via satellite imagery.

Glynneath is home to Glynneath RFC, a rugby union club founded in 1889. Notable Welsh residents include Max Boyce, Julie Gardner, Leslie Hardman, Ruth Madoc, Siwan Morris, Martin Roberts, and Emlyn Walters.
