Without the property being for sale though the estate itself would be wise in building a luxury villa here so destination travellers can visit and stay in Vanuatu at such a prime location that would surely make it onto The Pinnacle List. For adventurous explorers, an unnamed islet located just off the coast of the property would make for an exciting tropical excursion in the sun with beautiful surrounding scenery.
